Three years of atrocities in Sudan - can the ICC prosecute beyond Darfur?
On 3 December, we filed a Communication to the ICC Prosecutor, setting out how the Court may have jurisdiction for current atrocities in Darfur and other parts of Sudan. On 24 March, we held an open discussion to look at the legal arguments as well as the facts compiled, that show a pattern of persecution against non-Arab groups that dates back twenty years.
